Members of Krystal Klean team members had the chance to help provide services along with other volunteers from the Jacksonville community this weekend as part of a program organized by Holland & Knight each year.
Since 2010 volunteers from the law firm have been organizing service events in memory of Glenn Winuk who was a Holland & Knight employee who worked at the firms New York offices. Winuk died trying to help others on the morning of September 11.
This year the recipient of the community service project was the Daniel Memorial Home for Children. Volunteers from all over the area came and helped clean, landscape and paint the exterior of the campus.
A carnival with face painting and rides was also set-up for the children.
