File:Cucumbers - Vladimir Morozov.jpgIn a post a while back we discussed how to have an indoor garden. What about growing just the green vegetables?  Even though the process is pretty much the same, there are efficient ways go grow green vegetables greener and vertically.

You can grow green vegetables up your wall. What a great way to be self-sufficient all the while being modern yet saving money. Here is how this can be achieved according to eHow.com:

* You can easily attach a trellis to your wall. This is perfecto for green beans, etc.
*Shoe organizers are a perfect place to start planting. An over the door organizer is suggested. Line them with plastic.
*You can plant vegetables in pots or window boxes.
*Use potted wall shelves.

It is suggested you go for veggie minis the larger versions may be too much and cause clutter. When growing green veggies vertically, be sure its in the sunniest area of your home. This will aid in standard green vegetable growth as vegetables need water and sunlight.

You can also purchase a living wall garden system to effectively grow your green vegetables.
